Refund policy
You have the right to cancel your purchase and request a full refund up to 7 days after the date of the purchase, except for purchases made within 45 days of the conference, when no refunds will be made.
If for any reason, you are unable to attend the event we will allow you to provide for a substitute delegate to take your place. To make such a request please email delegate-sales@procurementleaders.com. No substitutions are allowed within the last 7 days prior to the event.
